Personal Training For Beginners :

We take on many beginners and show them the proper ways to train. We establish correct technique and assess potential imbalances that need amending for faster results. You do not need to be advanced or experienced to train with us. However after a short period of time you will feel proficient in the main lifts that we select here to do because of their time proven training economy/efficiency and bang for your training buck. Its no time for trying to learn the latest fad exercises here. Its about what's always and will work and what doesn't. You won't mind the extra lean muscle you reap from doing so either.

Personal Training For Advanced :

Iron Underground has the experience to help the more advanced trainee. We boast 4 active medalist competitive powerlifters to our gyms resume with more to come. While we are diverse in what we can offer, Strength training is our specialty. This can be of benefit to the male or female bodybuilder or figure competitor to whom lifting improved poundages can help with added muscle mass and can virtually ALWAYS help the athelete in essentially ANY given sport. The outmoded ways of many coach's who in the past ignoring the vast benefits of weight training for a sports specific end is finally dawning upon them and todays best atheletes in the majority of sports do some kind of resistance training.
